As head of Content and Digital at RCB, he shapes how millions of cricket fans enjoy the RCB experience on digital, by leading the business from strategy to execution. His expertise and efforts have made RCB the most popular team on social media, not just in the IPL but one that transcends sports across countries. Ajith is currently leading RCB's digital transformation through AI and other technology.

Previously, Ajith spent 10 years at Cricbuzz, where he built their app and a strong video business, growing the product from 0 to 100 million users.

My journey from RNS-Institute of Technology to working on some of Germany's critical energy and railway infrastructure has been both exciting and rewarding. Looking back, I can confidently say that the foundation for this journey was laid during my years at RNSIT.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering at RNSIT, graduating with the 3rd rank in my department. The rigorous curriculum, supportive faculty, and emphasis on strong engineering fundamentals gave me the confidence to pursue higher studies and build a career on a global stage. Beyond academics, RNSIT taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of continuous learning—qualities that have stayed with me throughout my professional life.

Driven by my passion for power systems, I moved to Germany to pursue a master’s degree in electrical Power Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. The transition to one of Europe's leading technical universities was challenging, but the knowledge and analytical skills I had gained at RNSIT prepared me well for the journey ahead.

After completing my master's, I joined Siemens Energy in Erlangen, where I spent four years in the Power Transmission and Distribution business. I was responsible for the planning, engineering, and commissioning of FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) – Fixed Series Compensation (FSC) protection systems, working on projects that improve the stability and reliability of high-voltage transmission networks. My role also gave me the opportunity to lead commissioning activities at international project sites in Finland and Canada, experiences that broadened both my technical expertise and my perspective on working in multicultural environments.

Following a brief career break to spend time with my family during parental leave, I returned to engineering as an external consultant supporting Deutsche Bahn, Germany's national railway company. Today, I work on the planning and execution of transformer substations at the Frankfurt am Main railway station. In my current position, I serve in a dual role as a Technical Project Manager and Subject Matter Specialist for 50 Hz power systems. Reflecting on my journey, I realize that the values instilled at RNSIT—strong fundamentals, analytical thinking, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous learning—have been instrumental in every stage of my career. I encourage current students to remain curious, embrace new challenges, and seize opportunities beyond their comfort zone. Mahantha is an R&D engineer in the field of electric power systems with extensive experience in the research, development, and integration of advanced grid technologies. His expertise spans vehicle-to-grid (V2G) systems, black start and island operation capabilities, frequency control services, grid-forming converters, and hosting capacity assessments for modern power systems. He holds a Master's degree in electric power engineer from Chalmers University of Technology.

He has worked on the analysis, modeling, and validation of power system control strategies that enhance grid stability, resilience, and flexibility in systems with high penetrations of inverter-based resources. His work includes evaluating the performance of grid-forming technologies, developing solutions for frequency regulation and system restoration, and assessing the impact of distributed energy resources, battery energy storage systems, and electric vehicles on network operation.

Satyajith Kulkarni secure all India rankof 16 in his CBSE 12th Board. He passed out of ECE Department, RNSIT with VTU Rank 1 and was awarded 5 Gold Medals during VTU’s convocation in 2014. Received Gold Award for Best Upcoming Solution Provider in Arayaka Network from 2014-15. He completed MS in Computer Engineering from Texas A & M University in 2017. He has worked as Senior RTL Design Engineer and ASIC Design Engineer in leading VLSI companies like Intel, Ericson and NIVIDIA. He has been part of High Bandwidth Memory IODFX team for NVDIA’s first 3nm data centre (GPU) and has been part of High Speed SerdesPhy and serial interface team, for Ericsson’s 5nm 5G ASIC.

Divyashree Sreepathihalli completed her BE in Electronics and Communication in 2015 from RNSIT, Bengaluru and master’s in computer engineering from Texas A& M university. She is an accomplished AI/ML leader and the Technical Lead for Keras at Google, where she also founded KerasHub and Kinetic at Google, initiatives focused on making advanced AI development more accessible and effective for developers. Over her career at Google and Intel, she has contributed to advancing deep learning frameworks, computer vision, multimodal AI, and open-source machine learning. Her work includes key contributions to the Gemma, Pali Gemma, and Embedding Gemma families of open models, along with multiple research publications and U.S. patents spanning artificial intelligence, computer vision, speech, and human computer interaction. Beyond her technical achievements, Divyashree is an internationally recognized speaker who has delivered a keynote at WCCI–IJCNN 2024 and presented at prominent forums including the Grace Hopper Celebration, Google I/O, WiML, SciPy, etc. Through her leadership, research, entrepreneurship within Google, and commitment to making advanced AI technologies accessible to developers worldwide, she exemplifies the innovation and global impact of an RNSIT alumna.

Dr. Pallavi Karanth is a Semantic Architect and Research Engineer at Econiche Informationsbibliothek (TIB), Hannover, Germany. She specializes in semantic technologies, ontology engineering, and AI-ready knowledge frameworks for manufacturing and materials research.

With over 15 years of experience, she has contributed to knowledge graph frameworks and semantic solutions for research and enterprise systems, with publications in ACM and IEEE venues. She is a recipient of the BITES Best PhD Award and secured a VTU Rank for her academic excellence.

Dr. Pallavi Karanth continues to contribute to the advancement of semantic technologies and AI-driven knowledge systems through her research and professional work at TIB, Hannover.

Ashish Tondare with over 14 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. He leads strategic consulting engagements, enabling global enterprises to accelerate business transformation through Artificial Intelligence, cloud technologies, and the Salesforce platform. His expertise spans AI, enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and technology leadership, with experience delivering large-scale transformation programs across industries. Ashish has completed executive education programs at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School and the Indian School of Business (ISB). Bharath B. J. is an Indian music composer, producer, and playback singer known for his work in the Kannada film industry. With a strong passion for Structural Engineering, Ekloveya Jain earned admission to the University of Alberta, Canada, where he completed his Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering. During his master's, he successfully worked on advanced projects in timber structures, 15-minute city planning, and structural engineering, while his capstone project focused on the rehabilitation and retrofitting of an existing building, strengthening his expertise in structural assessment, rehabilitation, and engineering design.

Today, Ekloveya is a Structural Engineer at Worley Canada, Edmonton, Alberta, where he contributes to structural design, structural analysis, engineering calculations, and material take-offs for industrial facilities, including pipe rack structures, equipment supports, and buildings in the oil and gas sector.

Future Vision
Currently working towards obtaining his Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Alberta, Ekloveya aims to establish his own Structural Engineering Consultancy, delivering safe, innovative, and sustainable engineering solutions for the future.

Phalguna P secured Karnataka CET rank of 841 and passed out of ECE Department, RNSIT with VTU Rank 1 and was awarded 6 Gold Medals during VTU’s convocation in 2013.

Right after graduation, he started working at Cypress Semiconductors (now part of Infineon), in the Embedded Systems domain.

He completed Master's in VLSI and Microelectronics from IIT Bombay. Apart from academics, he was part of a multi-disciplinary research project at IITB, modelling power systems for surveillance aerostats, funded by ADE, DRDO.

After graduating from IITB, he joined Intel, Bangalore as a Circuit Design Engineer in 2017. He is part of multiple teams at Intel — initially signing off timing for Intel Core Processor designs, and later designing memory sub-systems for the L2 caches of the core.

Dr. Sreyash Sarkar is an interdisciplinary scientist working at the forefront of nanophotonics, advanced microscopy, and light–matter interactions. As an Associate Scientist at the Institute of Photonics and Electronics, Czech Academy of Sciences, he leads the development of pioneering optical technologies aimed at advancing biomedical research and early disease detection.

Currently, he is building one of the first ultrafast super-resolution dark-field iSCAT microscopy platforms in the Czech Republic, a next-generation imaging system designed to visualize biological nanostructures and enable improved understanding of cancer-related cellular processes. His research combines photonics, plasmonics, nanotechnology, and computational electromagnetics to create innovative solutions at the intersection of physics and medicine.

A graduate of ESIEE Paris, Université Gustave Eiffel, and affiliated with the CNRS ESYCOM laboratory, Dr. Sarkar’s scientific journey has spanned leading research institutions across Europe, including INSA Lyon and the University of Luxembourg. His work in metamaterials, infrared nanophotonics, and optical engineering has contributed to the development of emerging technologies for energy, sensing, and biomedical applications.

Beyond his scientific career, Dr. Sarkar is a multidisciplinary artist, poet, and Hindustani classical musician, exploring the dialogue between science, creativity, and culture. Vishal S is an accomplished alumnus of the Civil Engineering Department whose academic excellence and passion for sustainable infrastructure have shaped an inspiring professional journey. During his undergraduate studies, he graduated with an impressive CGPA of 8.89 and distinguished himself by earning the VTU Gold Medal in Hydrology & Irrigation. He also secured outstanding ranks in GATE 2023, including AIR 103 in Geomatics Engineering and AIR 4940 in Civil Engineering, while being recognized as an NPTEL Discipline Star.

Driven by his interest in sustainability, Vishal pursued an M.Tech (Teaching Assistant) in Sustainable Engineering at the Greenko School of Sustainability, IIT Hyderabad, where he graduated with an exceptional CGPA of 9.8. As a BIM and Digital Twin Specialist, he contributes to the digitalization and decarbonization of large-scale automobile manufacturing plants across India and Japan. Lt Cdr Aman Pandey graduated in 2015 with a BE in ECE, RNSIT. After graduation, he joined the Indian Navy and further enhanced his academic qualifications by completing an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Tech. in Aeronautics, both sponsored by Navy.

He is a qualified Naval Aviation Technical Officer and is certified in both Sea King and MH-60R helicopters. During his naval career, he has held several important appointments, including an operational tenure at INS Shikra, Mumbai, a staff appointment at INS Garuda, and an instructional tenure at INS Valsura, Jamnagar. He was also privileged to be part of the commissioning crew of India's first indigenous aircraft carrier, serving as the Deputy Ship Air Electrical Officer (Dy SALO). He is presently serving onboard the aircraft carrier, contributing to its operational readiness and aviation support. Mr Chaluvaraju R is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 2023 Batch. A distinguished civil servant, the officer successfully completed the comprehensive two-year foundation and professional training programme, which included training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, exposure at the Department of Land Resources, Central Secretariat, New Delhi, and district-level field training in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Currently serving as the Joint Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri District, Uttar Pradesh, the officer is entrusted with key responsibilities in land revenue administration and the overall governance of a sub-division.
