With a strong passion for Structural Engineering, Ekloveya Jain earned admission to the University of Alberta, Canada, where he completed his Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering. During his master's, he successfully worked on advanced projects in timber structures, 15-minute city planning, and structural engineering, while his capstone project focused on the rehabilitation and retrofitting of an existing building, strengthening his expertise in structural assessment, rehabilitation, and engineering design.

Today, Ekloveya is a Structural Engineer at Worley Canada, Edmonton, Alberta, where he contributes to structural design, structural analysis, engineering calculations, and material take-offs for industrial facilities, including pipe rack structures, equipment supports, and buildings in the oil and gas sector.

Future Vision
Currently working towards obtaining his Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Alberta, Ekloveya aims to establish his own Structural Engineering Consultancy, delivering safe, innovative, and sustainable engineering solutions for the future.

Phalguna P secured Karnataka CET rank of 841 and passed out of ECE Department, RNSIT with VTU Rank 1 and was awarded 6 Gold Medals during VTU’s convocation in 2013.

Right after graduation, he started working at Cypress Semiconductors (now part of Infineon), in the Embedded Systems domain.

He completed Master's in VLSI and Microelectronics from IIT Bombay. Apart from academics, he was part of a multi-disciplinary research project at IITB, modelling power systems for surveillance aerostats, funded by ADE, DRDO.

After graduating from IITB, he joined Intel, Bangalore as a Circuit Design Engineer in 2017. He is part of multiple teams at Intel — initially signing off timing for Intel Core Processor designs, and later designing memory sub-systems for the L2 caches of the core.

Dr. Sreyash Sarkar is an interdisciplinary scientist working at the forefront of nanophotonics, advanced microscopy, and light–matter interactions. As an Associate Scientist at the Institute of Photonics and Electronics, Czech Academy of Sciences, he leads the development of pioneering optical technologies aimed at advancing biomedical research and early disease detection.

Currently, he is building one of the first ultrafast super-resolution dark-field iSCAT microscopy platforms in the Czech Republic, a next-generation imaging system designed to visualize biological nanostructures and enable improved understanding of cancer-related cellular processes. His research combines photonics, plasmonics, nanotechnology, and computational electromagnetics to create innovative solutions at the intersection of physics and medicine.

A graduate of ESIEE Paris, Université Gustave Eiffel, and affiliated with the CNRS ESYCOM laboratory, Dr. Sarkar’s scientific journey has spanned leading research institutions across Europe, including INSA Lyon and the University of Luxembourg. His work in metamaterials, infrared nanophotonics, and optical engineering has contributed to the development of emerging technologies for energy, sensing, and biomedical applications.

Beyond his scientific career, Dr. Sarkar is a multidisciplinary artist, poet, and Hindustani classical musician, exploring the dialogue between science, creativity, and culture. During his undergraduate studies, he graduated with an impressive CGPA of 8.89 and distinguished himself by earning the VTU Gold Medal in Hydrology & Irrigation. Vishal is currently working as an R&D Engineer in the Construction Department of the Manufacturing Operations Management Division at Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), headquartered in Hamamatsu, Japan. As a BIM and Digital Twin Specialist, he contributes to the digitalization and decarbonization of large-scale automobile manufacturing plants across India and Japan. Lt Cdr Aman Pandey graduated in 2015 with a BE in ECE, RNSIT. After graduation, he joined the Indian Navy and further enhanced his academic qualifications by completing an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Tech. in Aeronautics, both sponsored by Navy.

He is a qualified Naval Aviation Technical Officer and is certified in both Sea King and MH-60R helicopters. During his naval career, he has held several important appointments, including an operational tenure at INS Shikra, Mumbai, a staff appointment at INS Garuda, and an instructional tenure at INS Valsura, Jamnagar. He was also privileged to be part of the commissioning crew of India's first indigenous aircraft carrier, serving as the Deputy Ship Air Electrical Officer (Dy SALO). He is presently serving onboard the aircraft carrier, contributing to its operational readiness and aviation support. Mr Chaluvaraju R is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 2023 Batch. A distinguished civil servant, the officer successfully completed the comprehensive two-year foundation and professional training programme, which included training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, exposure at the Department of Land Resources, Central Secretariat, New Delhi, and district-level field training in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
